Price Exports

Product Export

The product export contains a summary of the listings currently being monitored in Pricebox.

Product exports contain the following headers:

  • source
  • id
  • name
  • rangestart
  • rangeend
  • buyboxtime
  • price
  • high
  • low
  • stock
  • merchant
  • merchant_id
  • prime
  • subscribe
  • pantry
  • lowmap
  • highmap
  • mapviolation
  • sellers
  • rankcategory1

  • rankcategory3
  • rankcategory4
  • rankvalue1
  • rankvalue2
  • rankvalue3
  • rankvalue4

In addition to these columns, any custom fields set by the user will appear after the name column.

Source

A string value indicating the retail data source such as “amazon”, “walmart”, etc.

ID

The listing ID specific to the particular data source. For example, if the product is on Amazon the ID would correspond to the ASIN.

Name

The full name of the listing.

Range Start

The starting date for this export.

Range End

The ending date for this export.

BuyBoxTime

The time the buy box information was recorded.

Price

The buy box price for the listing.

High

The highest price for the listing offered by all merchants (including Amazon).

Low

The lowest price for the listing offered by all merchants (including Amazon).

Stock

A string value indicating whether the listing is currently in stock (in), out of stock (out), low on stock (low), or if the listing is available but may take a long time to arrive (slow).

Merchant

The name of the current buy box owner.

Merchant ID

The ID of the current buy box owner.

Prime

A true/false value indicating whether the item is available on Prime.

Subscribe

A true/false value indicating whether the item is available via Subscribe & Save.

Low MAP

User-defined price value indicating the minimum price the item should be set for.

High MAP

User-defined price value indicating the maximum price the item should be set for.

MAP Violation

A true/false value indicating whether the item is currently being offered for either below the minimum price or above the maximum price.

Sellers

The number of sellers currently offering the item.

Rank Category 1

The name of a category the item is currently being offered under. Pricebox tracks up to four distinct categories.

Rank Category 2

The name of a category the item is currently being offered under. Pricebox tracks up to four distinct categories.

Rank Category 3

The name of a category the item is currently being offered under. Pricebox tracks up to four distinct categories.

Rank Category 4

The name of a category the item is currently being offered under. Pricebox tracks up to four distinct categories.

Rank Value 1

The best sellers rank for the first category.

Rank Value 2

The best sellers rank for the second category.

Rank Value 3

The best sellers rank for the third category.

Rank Value 4

The best sellers rank for the fourth category.

Seller Export

In addition to the product summary, Pricebox also provides a detailed export of all sellers.

The date the seller violated either the low or high price guidelines.

Price Date

The date, along with time, the price was identified.

Range Start

The starting date for this export.

Range End

The ending date for this export.

Price

The price offered by the seller for the specific listing.

Latest Price

The latest price offered by the seller for the specific listing.

Low Price

The lowest price offered by the seller for the specific listing.

High Price

The highest price offered by the seller for the specific listing.

MAP

A yes/no value indicating whether the seller was violating pricing guidelines.

Low MAP

A yes/no value indicating whether the seller was violating the minimum set price.

High MAP

A yes/no value indicating whether the seller was violating the maximum set price.

Prime

A yes/no value indicating whether the seller is offering the item on Prime.

Price & Rank Export

The price and rank export provides the detailed price and rank history for your listings.
